Lucid Drum & Bass started with a simple mission,  uplift Drum & Bass in Austin, Texas. By focusing on the liquid, soulful, and funky sides of D&B, we've been able to partner with a variety of venues that have never been involved in Drum & Bass events in the past and appeal to audience that's just coming into the sound.

The Lucid Boat Party and many other operations are sponsored in part by the Austin Live Music Event Fund.

Starting out with the annual Lucid Boat Party, Lucid has gone on to throw shows at the top venues in the city. As well as booking world renowned artists such as Makoto, Pola & Bryson, Ed Solo, 4K, Culture Shock, 1991, Spinscott, Murdock, Hugh Hardie, MC Fava, Stillz, Calculon, Colonel MC and more... 

 

The Future: 

Expect our marquee events such as the Lucid Boat Party (Lady Bird Lake) and The Lucid Barge Party (Lake Travis) to continue on an annual basis with consistency. Beyond that, we will continue to look for new and exciting experiences featuring local & internationally renowned djs in Austin, Texas and beyond...
